Thursday, February 1st, 2007 - The Artists Reformation Project is pleased to present Caleb Larsen and Brett Walker's new collaborative installation, This is/not a Room Full of Peanuts. The two Seattle artists will be creating a work centered around and the age-old question of "physical reality." Employing tongue-in-cheek metaphors, the artists will transform the gallery space into an active work of art, directly engaging the viewers both in terms of the function of art and in terms of the metaphysical debate.

A months worth of updates....

So, I have been lazy, and the show is almost over, but I have had a four-channel video installation installed at the 911 Media Arts Center here in Seattle for the last couple weeks. The show only runs till this Wednesday, so if you fee inclined, you should go check it out. I have included a slide of the Connolly Squared piece.
I am also working on an installation with Caleb Larsen for the Artists Reformation Project in February, during the First Thursday Art Walk. More info and images about that soon.
Additionally, I am trying to update my site with more works, and to sort of re-think the archive in terms of more medium-based genres. However, I would like to keep the chronological archive as a base and use some sort of series of tags to link specific projects to other like-minded pieces. Hopefully I'll have that sorted out soon, as I have a plethora of recent works and some older that I would like to add.
Lastly, I also just re-did my Lightbulb Drawing archive, as a slideshow. You can see that here.
